Shipping rates are charged at checkout.  Rates include packaging.  Shipping rates are subject to change, especially if you are located outside of the continental United States.  Shipping delays are outside of our control as we are dependent on the specific carrier.  Feel free to call us with any concerns and we'll try our best to remedy any issues you may be experiencing.
